My dashboard did a thing.
Other Tony "i would literally die if i could have your url it would mean the world to me, may i please have it? it would be amazing to have my name as my url :( you would make my life 10xs better"
Me "This request seems familiar, my answer remains the same with no. I am sorry but as I have mentioned before this is my name as well, and I have had this url for years. If you could give me an incentive I may reconsider."
Other Tony “perhaps i can gain you some followers i have 14k! ill honestly do anything ugh please”
Other Tony “Tony, this URL would help forward me in life as a blogger, as well as a business. What I’d like to do is start up ads for my blog. It’s known that ads prosper when it’s such a common word, and that it’ll help me; as well as my family greatly. You’re a married man- and you won’t go on your blog as much, as it’s known that married people ARE busy, and need to occupy themselves with other things. You don’t post very often, and it’s a personal blog that you use for whatever, and probably give out for different purposes, maybe to show your art. But any URL would make due for that, maybe tonydraws or something like that. This URL isn’t helping you very much in your life, but it WOULD help me tremendously. Please reconsider.”
This kid reblogs pictures of dogs and starbucks cups, he is not a “blogger”
Lee and Lauren were married on Sunday in a beautiful ceremony. Here is my Best Man speech:
I am pleased to welcome Lauren into a very special club that has some incredible member perks. That organization is the “I’ve lived with Lee” club. There are very few members, currently it is only Barry and Judy, Sarah, Chris, Brendan and myself. Benefits include hearing about the internet, balloon animals and Israeli salad. Being a member requires you do some community service, community clean up, art projects and cooking instruction classes. A bit about the members of this club. The Rubensteins instilled creativity, honesty and passion. Those three things lead lee to Pratt by way of clowning. I met Lee his freshmen year of Pratt and since then we have acted as a sounding board for one another. Over the years we’ve talked about things like penguin snowball fights and art websites for everyone. After college we moved in together and had the pleasure of living with Chris and Brendan. Brendan encouraged and thrived off Lee’s passion for the internet. Chris and I did our part to domesticate Lee, but the socks tucked into corners of the couches and inability to make a proper grilled cheese said otherwise. We pass him now to Lauren, who seems to be the secret decoder ring for lee. He is more thoughtful now, and a lot less manic. When living with Chris and I his idea of cooking was chopping up raw vegetables, now he can make a fine kosher steak, potatoes and salad. Lee has an excellent eye and when he sees something worth while he becomes very passionate and enthusiastic and I could see that energy when he is with Lauren. Welcome to the club, Salud and Mazel tov!
